France’s Elis will use new issue to refinance notes due 2023

Chicago, May 17 – Elis SA will use the proceeds of a new issue of €300 million of 4 1/8% notes sold on Tuesday to help refinance the €450 million principal amount of notes due Feb. 15, 2023, according to a press release.

Proceeds from the new offering will also be used for general corporate purposes.

The company is a Saint-Cloud, France-based provider of work uniforms and related services.
