Exxon Mobil will conduct seven-part notes sale via five bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 13 – Exxon Mobil Corp. intends to offer notes in seven tranches, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be offered in six fixed-rate tranches and one floating-rate tranche.

The fixed-rate notes may be redeemed with the greater of a make-whole call or a par call, but the floaters are not callable.

Barclays, BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Exxon Mobil is an energy company based in Irving, Tex.
