Exxon Mobil intends to price eight tranches of notes

Eureka Springs, Ark., Feb. 29 – Exxon Mobil Corp. is marketing eight tranches of notes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

The offering includes two tranches of floating-rate notes and six tranches of fixed-rate notes.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Exxon Mobil is an energy company based in Irving, Texas.
