Prospect News marks NextWave, Evergreen defaults in week to July 20

Pittsburgh, July 22 - Prospect News reported two new defaults for the week of July 14 to July 20.

Specifically, NextWave Wireless Inc. missed a principal payment due July 17 on its senior secured first-lien notes. The company said it obtained a limited payment waiver, which expires on Aug. 1.

In addition, Evergreen Solar, Inc. missed the $4.08 million interest payment due July 15 on its senior convertible notes and the $90,444 interest payment due on its senior subordinated notes.
