Barclays plans to price notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Columbus, Ohio, April 18 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% notes due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.22 to 1.27 times the index return. If the final index level is less than the initial index level, investors will have proportionate exposure to the first 5% of losses.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price April 30.
The Cusip number is 06747MKL9.
