Olympia, Wash., March 1 – GS Finance Corp. priced $165,000 of callable contingent coupon notes due Feb. 28, 2029 linked to the performances of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annualized rate of 8.75% if each index closes at or above 75% of its initial level on the observation date for that period.
The notes will be callable at par plus any coupon on any coupon payment date beginning in August up to the November 2028 payment date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any index falls by more than 25%. If the lowest performing index falls more than 25% but less than 50%, the payout will be par. If the lowest performing index falls by more than 50%, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of that index.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
