New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $3.67 million capped notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 8 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $3.67 million of capped notes due Feb. 3, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at 24%. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are placement agents.
