New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.45 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., July 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.45 million of 0% buffered digital notes due May 28, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 12.5%, the payout at maturity will be $1,173.50 per $1,000 principal amount. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.
