New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.91 million 8.85% contingent yield trigger autocalls on three indexes

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, June 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.91 million of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes due May 26, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the Nikkei 225 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 8.85% if each index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any observation date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 70% downside threshold, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index.

UBS Financial Services Inc. is the placement agent.
