New Issue: Goldman prices $722,000 five-year autocallables tied to Stoxx, Russell

Chicago, Aug. 31 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $722,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Sept. 6, 2022 tied to the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of 10% if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date.
If the notes are not called and each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,500 for each $1,000 principal amount, or par plus the maturity date premium.
If either index falls by up to 30%, the payout at maturity will be par.
If either index falls by more than 30%, investors will be exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.
