Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 13 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $500,000 of 0% enhanced participation equity notes due Aug. 16, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.403 times any index gain.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
