Chicago, Aug. 3 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $7.32 million of autocallable contingent coupon notes due Aug. 12, 2025 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9% if each index closes at or above the 70% coupon barrier level on the determination date for that quarter.
The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above the initial level on any call date after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon if each index finishes at or above the 70% coupon barrier.
If either index finishes below the coupon barrier but at or above the 50% trigger level, investors will receive par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.
