New Issue: Goldman prices $2.15 million leveraged notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

New York, March 19 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $2.15 million of 0% leveraged notes due April 1, 2015 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any index gain, capped at 21.6%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter with JPMorgan as placement agent.
