ELM announces buybacks of €440 million of fixed-to-floating-rate notes

Kansas City, Kan., May 15 - ELM BV repurchased and canceled a total of €440 million of its series 120 fixed-to-floating-rate notes, according to a notice.

Following the repurchases on March 27 and May 15, the outstanding amount is €60 million.

Amsterdam-based ELM raises capital through the issuance of bonds, notes and other debt instruments.
