New York, Aug. 7 - Eksportfinans ASA priced $100 million one-year floating-rate notes Thursday at par to yield three-month Libor plus 13 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes (Aaa/AA+/AAA) pay interest quarterly.
Barclays Capital was the agent.
The financial services company for export industries and local government is based in Oslo, Norway.
