DRW Holdings to launch incremental first-lien term loan on Thursday

New York, June 9 – DRW Holdings LLC will hold a lender call at 3:30 p.m. ET on Thursday to launch an incremental first-lien term loan, according to a market source.

Jefferies LLC is the lead on the deal.

The company will also discuss its recent performance and first-quarter results on the call, the source said.

DRW is a technology-driven electronic trading firm.
