S&P cuts, pulls Diamond Sports

S&P said it downgraded its ratings for Diamond Sports Group LLC, its senior secured first-lien term loan, and the senior secured second-lien revolver and term loan to D. The first-lien loan was rated CCC+. The issuer and the second-lien loans were rated CCC-.

The downgrades follow the issuer filing for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code on Tuesday, the agency said.

S&P withdrew its ratings.
