Prospect News reports four new defaults for week of Oct. 17-Oct. 23

Pittsburgh, Oct. 25 – Prospect News reported four new defaults for the week of Oct. 17 through Oct. 23.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Dura Automotive Systems LLC, MTE Holdings, LLC and Destination Maternity Corp., and a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing made by Nobilis Health Corp.

So far in 2019, Prospect News has reported 138 defaults, including 96 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 18 missed interest payments, seven missed principal payments, six Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, two each of schemes of arrangement, administrations and missed payments and one each of Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings, safeguard proceedings, self-administrations and provisional liquidations.
