DC Solar Solutions Chapter 11 case converted; interim trustee named

Pittsburgh, March 25 – DC Solar Solutions, Inc.’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case was converted to Chapter 7 on Friday by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.

The order said the cases were converted at the request of the DC Solar debtors.

Christina Lovato has been appointed as DC Solar’s interim Chapter 7 trustee.

DC Solar is a Benicia, Calif.-based clean energy products company. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 3. The Chapter 7 case number is 19-50130.
