DOF Subsea mulls issue of up to NOK 1 billion of five-year bonds

Chicago, Nov. 9 – DOF Subsea AS said it is considering the issue of NOK 800 million to NOK 1 billion of new unsecured bonds due November 2023.

Proceeds will be used to help refinance the company’s bonds maturing in March 2020 and for general corporate purposes, according to a company announcement.

Arctic Securities and Pareto Securities are the managers.

DOF Subsea is a Storebo, Norway-based company that provides services to the global oil and gas industry.
