Daisy Group to sell £385 million five-year secured notes in fixed-, floating-rate tranches

Portland, Ore., Oct. 19 – Daisy Group is in the market with a £385 million two-part offering of five-year senior secured notes (expected ratings B2/B), according to a market source.

The deal features fixed-rate notes, which come with two years of call protection, and floating-rate notes, which come with one year of call protection.

Joint bookrunner Goldman Sachs International will bill and deliver. HSBC and Lloyds are also joint bookrunners.

Proceeds from the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal will be used to refinance debt.

The issuing entity will be special purpose vehicle Daisy BidCo plc.

The Nelson, England-based company sells converged telecom and IT solutions for small and medium sized businesses.
