By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Oct. 24 – HomeVi SAS, the holding company for France-based DomusVI, set price talk in a restructured €328 million offering of five-year secured notes, according to a market source.

A €128 million tap of its 6 7/8% senior secured notes due 2021 is talked at 105.75 to 106.

In a tranche added subsequent to the launch of the deal, a $200 million tranche of floating-rate notes is talked at par with a 425 basis points spread to Euribor.

The offer was launched as a single add-on tranche.

Goldman Sachs International is leading the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes offering.

Pricing is set for Wednesday.

The company, which provides services to elderly people in France and in Spain, plans to use the proceeds as part of the financing for the contemplated acquisition of the SARquavitae group, an elderly care services provider in Spain.

The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017.
