New Issue: Dubai prices $750 million 5% notes due 2029 at par

Atlanta, April 22 - Dubai sold $750 million 15-year notes at par to yield 5%, or mid-swaps plus 177.1 basis points, a market source said.
Dubai Investment Bank, Emirates NBD Capital, HSBC, National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
