JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on Dow Jones

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to sell 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 28, 2020 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any index gain, capped at par plus 15.15%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 48130W3F6) will price on March 22.
