New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.23 million partial principal at risk notes on Dow, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.23 million of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due Feb. 14, 2020 tied to the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain of the lesser-performing index up to a maximum payout of par plus 8.38%.
If the lesser-performing index finishes flat or declines, investors will receive par plus the lesser-performing index return, subject to a minimum payout of $960 per $1,000 note.
