JPMorgan plans four-year buffered digital notes linked to the Dow

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered digital notes due Sept. 30, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital percentage of at least 23%.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 15% buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 25 and settle on Sept. 28.

The Cusip number is 48130UFD2.
