Credit Suisse plans digital plus buffered notes linked to the Dow

Madison, Wis., April 6 – Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% digital plus buffered notes due April 30, 2021 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index gain and a fixed payment percentage, which is expected to be 28% to 33% and will be set at pricing.

If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% beyond the 15% buffer.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on April 28 and settle on April 30.

The Cusip number is 22546VAN6.
