BNP Paribas plans to price buffered uncapped notes linked to the Dow

Madison, Wis., Dec. 6 - BNP Paribas plans to price 0% buffered notes due Dec. 27, 2017 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a term sheet.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.

The exact terms will be set at pricing.

BNPP Securities is the agent. Advisors Asset Management, Inc. is the distributor.

The notes (Cusip: 05574LTG3) will price Dec. 20 and settle Dec. 27.
