New Issue: Diadem arranges C$1 million stock issue, replacing canceled deal

New York, June 13 - Diadem Resources Ltd. intends to raise C$1 million in a private placement that replaces a canceled deal it priced back in May.

The new offering includes up to 2,380,952 flow-through shares at C$0.42 each.

The non-brokered deal is slated to close on June 30.

Proceeds will be used for exploration on the company's mineral properties in Canada, including the Duquesne West gold project and the Franklin diamond project.

The first offering, priced on May 18, called for the sale of up to 2 million flow-through shares at C$0.50 apiece.

Toronto-based Diadem is a gold and diamond exploration company.
