Deutsche Bank to price three-year call warrants linked to MDAX

Tacoma, Wash., April 15 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price call warrants expiring April 20, 2018 linked to the MDAX Total Return index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notional amount is $1,000 per warrant. The price will be $171.60 per warrant, or 17.16% of the notional amount. The minimum purchase requirement is 59 warrants.
The warrants will be automatically exercised on the expiration date. If the index’s final level is greater than the initial index level, the cash settlement amount will be $1,000 multiplied by the index return. If the final level is less than or equal to the initial level, investors will lose their entire initial investments in the warrants.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the agents.
The warrants will price April 17 and settle April 22.
The Cusip number is 25190G671.
