New Issue: Deutsche Bank prices $9.25 million 6.31% securities linked to MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., March 1 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $9.25 million of 6.31% securities due Dec. 10, 2012 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is at least 80% of the initial index level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the underwriter.
