New Issue: Deutsche Bank issues $11.4 million fixed-rate green notes

Columbus, Ohio, July 15 – Deutsche Bank AG issued $11.4 million of fixed-rate green notes at par, according to a notice.

The notes were issued on July 12 under the issuer’s public offer of up to $500 million of fixed-rate green notes.

Deutsche Bank has applied to list the securities on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The banking and financial services company is based in Frankfurt.
