Deluxe Entertainment to sell $600 million eight-year notes Oct. 5 week

St. Louis, Oct. 1 - Deluxe Entertainment Services plans to price $600 million of eight-year senior secured first-lien notes (B2/B) late in the Oct. 5 week following a full roadshow, according to an informed source.

Credit Suisse Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to refinance bank debt.

The prospective issuer is a Hollywood, Calif.-based digital cinema services company.
