S&P sinks Deluxe Entertainment

S&P said it downgraded Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc. and all its ratings to D after the company filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy code.

Deluxe had attempted an out-of-court reorganization that failed. The company will now attempt a prepackaged reorganization, S&P said.
