By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, June 27 – Dannemora Mineral AB’s shareholders elected Lennart Falk as chairman of the board and Christer Lindberg as deputy chairman, according to a company news release.

The shareholders decided at their annual general meeting that the board would consist of four members without deputies.

Specifically, Falk and Lindberg were re-elected to the board, and Ola Hagglund and Niclas Handfast were elected as new members. Ake Roos had declined re-election, the release said.

Annual board fees adopted at the meeting included SEK 300,000 for the chairman, SEK 250,000 for the deputy chairman and SEK 150,000 for each board member.

The board was also granted SEK 650,000 as a fee for committee work and special assignments, for a total annual board fee of SEK 1.5 million.

Dannemora Mineral is an iron ore producer based in Danderyd, Sweden.
