Dannemora Magnetit bond maturity extended to May 16 amid negotiations

Pittsburgh, May 9 - Dannemora Magnetit AB bond trustee Nordic Trustee ASA said it agreed to extend the maturity date of the company's super senior secured bonds due May 9 to May 16, according to a notice from the trustee.

The extension was granted in light of continuing discussions and negotiations with Dannemora on a potential restructuring of its capital structure.

Dannemora Magnetit is a subsidiary of Dannemora Mineral AB, an iron ore producer based in Danderyd, Sweden.
