Dana unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, March 13 - Dana Corp.'s U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee includes James J. McGinley of Wilmington Trust Co., New York; Peter Faulkner of P. Schoenfeld Asset Management LLC, New York; Stephen A. Madva representing Judy Scott, executrix for the estate of Matthew Scott, Philadelphia; John R. McGeeney of Sypris Technologies, Inc., Louisville, Ky.; Thomas A. Amato of Metaldyne Co. LLC, Plymouth, Mich.; William T. Reiff of Eaton Corp., Cleveland; and Niraj R. Ganatra of the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, Detroit.

Dana, a Toledo, Ohio-based supplier of components, modules and systems to global vehicle manufacturers and related aftermarkets, filed for bankruptcy on March 3. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10354.
