3V Capital Master Fund buys $1.45 million claim against Dana

Pittsburgh, Dec. 8 - 3V Capital Master Fund Ltd. bought the estate of Milton J. Makoski's $1.45 million general unsecured claim against Dana Corp., according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Dana, a Toledo, Ohio-based supplier of components, modules and systems to vehicle manufacturers and related aftermarkets, filed for bankruptcy on March 3, 2006. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10354.
