CHARTER HALL GROUP:

• $175 million of 10-year notes;

• The notes were issued with a fixed U.S. dollar coupon which has been hedged in Australian dollars to a floating rate equal to a margin of 205 basis points over the Australian bank bill swap rate;

• RBC Capital Markets Corp. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. are the agents and bookrunners;

• Proceeds will be used for investment activities;

• The property group is based in Sydney, Australia.

Sept. 13

BROADSTONE NET LEASE, INC.:

• $325 million of senior unsecured notes in two tranches, with $150 million having settled July 2 and the remaining $175 million settling Sept. 13;

• The notes include $225 million of 5.09% series B notes due July 2, 2028 and $100 million of 5.19% series C notes due July 2, 2030; of the series B notes, $100 million settled on July 2 and the remainder will settle on Sept. 13; of the series C notes, $50 million settled on July 2 and the remainder will settle on Sept. 13;

• J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the agents;

• Broadstone is a private real estate investment trust based in Rochester, N.Y., that invests in freestanding, single-tenant, absolute net-leased properties located throughout the United States.

OPTINOSE INC., OPTINOSE US, INC. AND OPTINOSE AS:

• $100 million of floating-rate senior secured notes due June 29, 2023, with $50 million of the notes issued by OptiNose US, Inc. and $50 million of the notes issued by OptiNose AS; of the notes, $25 million was issued by OptiNose US, Inc. and $50 million was issued by OptiNose AS on Dec. 29 and the remaining $25 million to be issued by OptiNose US, Inc. between April 1, 2019 and Aug. 14, 2019;

• Notes bear interest at Libor plus 900 basis points with a Libor floor of 1%;

• Proceeds will be used to provide ongoing working capital for the company to support the launch and commercialization of Xhance (fluticasone propionate) nasal spray, 93 mcg, as well as for general corporate purposes;

• OptiNose is a specialty pharmaceutical company based in Yardley, Pa.

• $100 million of 4.31% first mortgage bonds due Nov. 1, 2048;
