(lead); Blaylock Beal Van LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co., Jefferies & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Loop Capital Markets LLC, Mesirow Financial Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co.
