LLC, PNC Capital Markets LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC (co-managers); certificates due 2016 to 2030; proceeds to refund the board’s series 2005A and 2006A certificates of participation.

DORMITORY AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK: $1 billion series 2015A general purpose state personal income tax bonds (/AAA/AA+); negotiated; Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Rice Financial Products Co. (lead); Blaylock Beal Van LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co., Jefferies & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Loop Capital Markets LLC, Mesirow Financial Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co.
