By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Nov. 28 - China Longyuan Power Group Ltd. has tapped Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and UBS as bookrunners for a dollar-denominated offering of perpetual senior notes, a market source said.

The Regulation S deal is expected to come to the market after a roadshow in Hong Kong and Singapore.

The notes will be issued by Hero Asia Investment Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Beijing-based wind power producer.
