China Hongqiao plans to offer of dollar-denominated senior notes

New York, July 15 – China Hongqiao Group Ltd. is proposing to offer dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a company announcement.

China Citic International, Barclays and Credit Suisse are joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers of the Regulation S deal.

China Hongqiao is an aluminum products manufacturer based in Zouping County, Shandong, China.
