China Hongqiao plans offering of dollar-denominated notes

Madison, Wis., June 16 – China Hongqiao Group Ltd. plans to offer dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a company news release.

Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Barclays Bank plc and Royal Bank of Scotland plc are the joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers with Deutsche Bank as global coordinator.

The company plans to use the proceeds of the Regulation S offering for refinancing existing debt and general corporate purposes.

China Hongqiao is an aluminum products manufacturer based in Zouping County, Shandong, China.
