China Eastern Airlines launches ¥50 billion one-year bond program

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 5 – China Eastern Airlines Corp. Ltd. plans to issue up to ¥50 billion of credit enhanced bonds, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The issuance period runs from Feb. 2, 2018 to Feb. 1, 2019.

Listing of the bond program on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was approved on Friday.

The airline is based in Shanghai.
