New Issue: China Eastern Airlines prints RMB 2.2 billion three-year notes at par to yield 3 7/8%

Atlanta, May 29 - China Eastern Airlines Corp. Ltd. - through Eastern Air Overseas (Hong Kong) - sold RMB 2.2 billion three-year notes at par to yield 3 7/8%, a market source said.

Agricultural Bank of China, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the deal.

The issuer is an airline based in Shanghai.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
