China Datang adjusts coupon rate for 2021 renewable corporate bonds

Lexington, Ky., June 2 – China Datang Corp. Renewable Power Co., Ltd. adjusted the coupon rate of its RMB 1 billion of 2.95% renewable corporate bonds, second tranche, with an initial term of three years, according to an announcement.

At the end of the second year, the company decided to lower the coupon rate of the bonds by 30 basis points to 2.65%, which will remain unchanged through July 14, 2024.

The bonds were originally issued July 16, 2021.

CSC Financial Co., Ltd. is the trustee.

The wind, solar and biomass power company is based in Beijing.
