Markit to replace Panama with Chile when Markit CDX EM rolls March 20

Madison, Wis., March 7 - Markit Group Ltd. said it expects to remove the Republic of Panama from and add the Republic of Chile to the Markit CDX EM as it rolls to series 21 on March 20.

The weighting of the constituents will remain unchanged; Chile will be added with a 3% weight, which was the weight previously assigned to Panama.

The composition remains provisional until publication of the final annex for the index.
