By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, April 19 - The Charleston County School District of South Carolina is scheduled to price $61,385,000 of series 2013 general obligation bond anticipation notes on Thursday, according to a notice of sale.

The deal includes $36,385,000 of series 2013A notes and $25 million of series 2013B notes.

The notes (MIG 1/SP-1+/) will be sold competitively with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.

The 2013A notes are due Nov. 15, 2013, and the 2013B notes are due May 8, 2014.

Proceeds will be used to pay a portion of the price payable by the school district to the Charleston Educational Excellence Financing Corp. under the school facilities purchase and occupancy agreement and to make certain improvements to certain school facilities in the district, as well as to refund the district's series 2012B BANs.
