Taiwan’s Chailease subsidiary plans NT$1.5 billion bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 8 – Chailease Holding Co. Ltd. said subsidiary Chailease Finance Co., Ltd. plans to issue up to NT$1.5 billion of straight corporate bonds in a second issuance in 2020, according to a notice.

The notes will be priced at par with a fixed coupon and have a maturity of up to 10 years.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay bank loans.

The financial company is based in Taipei, Taiwan.
