Poland's Central European Distribution to redeem two notes series

New York, Dec. 10 - Central European Distribution Corp. announced the full early redemption of the following two series of notes:

• €240,784,000 of notes due July 25, 2012 with ISIN XS0224445576; and

• €4,656,000 of notes due July 25, 2012 with ISIN XS0224445733.

The redemption date is Jan. 4.

Central European Distribution is an alcoholic beverage producer and distributor with corporate offices in Warsaw, Poland, and Bala Cynwyd, Pa.
